Teen Summer Reading
Own the Night
|
School is out, summer is here and it is time to come to the Library! Once again our summer programs are starting and Own the Night will be the theme for the Tweens and Teens grades 5-12 this year. We will meet in the Salchow Room from 1:00 to 2:00 on Mondays, June 4th to July 30th. Reading logs are available, and once you are registered your reading time counts.
We will have 3 special programs this year! They are:
- June 18th - Medieval Knights Presented by Eleanor Congdon, Associate Professor in Medieval History, from YSU.
- June 25th - Night Sky Presented by Sharon Shanks from YSU department of Physics & Astronomy.
- July 9th - Safety at Night “Crystal Dragon Family Martial Arts” will demonstrate moves for safety.
