4 STARS !!
The Library was recognized by Library Journal as a 4 Star Library for the second year in a row

The Columbiana Public Library received four out of five possible stars in the Library Journal's annual "Index of Public Library Service." Of the 7,268 libraries rated, only 258 received a star rating of 3 - 5 stars. This designation was based on 2007 statistics of four criteria; the number of items checked out, number of visits to the library, program attendance, and the amount of Internet computer use. We'd like to thank all our patrons for your support and loyalty for making it possible for us to receive this award.
