Computer Classes:

Computer classes at the library are divided into categories (known as academies) that group the classes into educational tracks. Also, many classes are leveled, enabling the introduction, practice, and mastery of new skills.

Upcoming Classes:

Wednesday, March 7, 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Computer Basics Level 1
Become familiar with using a Windows computer. Topics covered include: hardware versus software, plugging in your computer cords, mouse skills, starting and closing a program, start menu and icons, and using the task bar.

Wednesday, March 14, 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Computer Basics Level 2
This class will review and build upon skills taught in Computer Basics Level 1. We will focus on connecting to the Internet, creating folders, saving files and deleting files, and minimizing and restoring programs.

Wednesday, March 21, 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Using Hoopla and OverDrive
