Downloadable eBooks:

Ohio Digital Library
The Ohio Digital Library is a group of Ohio Public Libraries that have joined together to make available ebooks for their patrons. By joining together we are able to purchase many more titles than we could alone. The company we have chosen to use is Overdrive. There are ebooks in formats for most all ebook readers, Nook, Kindle, iPad as well as PCs, laptops, tablets and smart phones. You just need your library card number and PIN to get started.

Freading stands for Free Reading and is an eBook service we have added in addition to the Ohio eBook Project. Every library card holder is allowed 5 tokens a week, which accumulate for four weeks, to use to download and renew eBooks. Depending on the newness of the book it may be 0 - 4 tokens to download it for a 2 week period, with a two week renewal available if needed. This service works with computers, laptops, tablets, iPad, iPhone, Androids, Nooks & Kindle Fire eReaders. For more information read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) tab after you log in. You just need your library card number and PIN to get started.
